Description

### Please check before submitting an issue

- [x] I know what my device, OS and App Manager versions are
- [x] I know how to take logs
- [x] I know how to reproduce the issue which may not be specific to my device

### Describe the bug

Option "Trim caches in all apps" in 1-Click Ops displays "Only works in root or ADB mode" after updating from 3.1.7 to 4.0.0

I did a fresh install of 4.0.0, and tried again and mode of operation picked up and is running as "ADB" though it still displays the same

### To Reproduce

Update from 3.1.7 to 4.0.0 perhaps on a Huawei device running android 7.0?

### Expected behavior

Clear caches of all apps while in adb over tcp

Research direction

Start by reproducing the “Trim caches in all apps” action in 1-Click Ops with App Manager 4.0.0 in ADB mode, using the Huawei P9 and Android 7.0 details from the report if available. Compare the displayed mode with the operation’s root/ADB support and verify that the action clears app caches over ADB without showing the root-only message.
