Description

### Please check before submitting an issue

- [X] I am using the latest version of App Manager
- [X] I have searched the issues and haven't found anything relevant
- [X] I have read the docs

### Describe a description of the new feature

It would be great to add a Digital wellbeing feature that helps users manage their screentime.

### Describe the solution you'd like

My suggestion is that you can set a daily limit usage for apps (for example, 20 minutes for Reddit, 15 minutes for Twitter, etc), after which apps are locked until the next day (midnight), with the option of deleting the timers (it's up to each user if they want to "disrespect" the limits they set).

### Describe alternatives you've considered

Of course it can be more sophisticated, for example, to be able to create "programs" which means you can select apps that distract you and set which days of the week and which hours you want those apps to be locked. But for now I think that with the first feature I mentioned it would be fine.

### Additional context

Sorry if it was already added or if it has been mentioned something relevant about it, if so, I couldn't find it, neither in the other issues nor in the User Manual.
