Description

--target searchfox doesn't make sense without --searchfox and vice versa. We already imply --target searchfox when --searchfox is passed. We should give a helpful error message suggesting that --searchfox is what the user wants if --target searchfox is given alone.

Research direction

Start by locating the CLI argument parsing and validation for --target and --searchfox. Reproduce the behavior with --target searchfox alone, then add the requested sanity check and verify that the error suggests --searchfox while the existing implied-target behavior remains intact.
