We want to be able to search for a string without specifying the key as domain:youtube, so if I user types "youtube", it could look for substring match on "youtube" in both domain or comments.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing search handling for queries such as domain:youtube and any related tests. Add support for a bare term like youtube to match substrings in both domain and comments, then verify both keyed and term-only searches.
