Description

We currently just show buckets for all domains. But we generally don't want people to unintentionally load NSFW content, so we should filter out content that comes from known NSFW domains. We could either label the reports when importing them, or import the NSFW domain list and perform the labelling in the dashboard itself.

Research direction

Start by tracing how reports are imported and how buckets are rendered in the dashboard. Determine whether NSFW labels belong in the import flow or dashboard, then verify that buckets from known NSFW domains are hidden by default while other buckets remain visible.
