Description

To reduce the amount of code duplication we should refactor the trace parsing code used with the sanitizer logs (ASan, LSan, UBSan... etc) as suggested by @choller

Research direction

Locate the sanitizer trace parsing code used for ASan, LSan, and UBSan logs, then read the surrounding parsing paths to identify the duplicated logic. Check any existing tests for sanitizer traces before changing anything. Done means the duplicated parsing is consolidated while the existing sanitizer log behavior remains covered.
