Description
There are some buckets that apply to certain branches only (e.g. mozilla-beta, mozilla-esr45, etc.) which have bugs that are already fixed on mozilla-central.
Assigning them to the fixed bugs will cause them to be removed from FuzzManager, so let's have a field where they can be persistent till a certain date, after which it will be auto-removed.

Research direction
Start by locating how FuzzManager represents buckets and removes buckets associated with bugs fixed on mozilla-central. Define where a persistence-until date belongs and how expiration should trigger automatic removal. Done means branch-specific buckets remain available until the specified date and are removed afterward.
