Description

We use Comment, comment, Bug, and bug as values throughout the Bugzilla template implementation. We already have BugzillaTemplateMode enum, so we should use that consistently in Django, and only use the matching case in Vue.

Research direction

Locate the Bugzilla template implementation in the Django and Vue portions of the repository, then inspect how BugzillaTemplateMode is defined and how Comment/comment and Bug/bug values are currently used. Replace the string variants with the enum consistently in Django and retain the matching case in Vue; done means the implementation no longer mixes these representations.
