Description

Hi! I help maintain integrations at Eden AI, an EU-based, GDPR-compliant OpenAI-compatible gateway (700+ models from OpenAI / Anthropic / Mistral / Google / … behind one key, unified billing).

Eden AI already works with Kimi Code today via type = "openai" + a custom base_url — I've opened a small docs-only PR adding a config.toml example to configuration/providers.md.

Proposal: would you be open to Eden AI being selectable as a known third-party provider in /provider (paste-a-key UX, no manual base_url)? I noticed the known-provider path pulls its catalog from models.dev — we have a models.dev entry in progress, so Eden AI could surface there automatically once merged. Alternatively I'm happy to implement and maintain a preset directly, whichever fits your roadmap.

Opening this first per CONTRIBUTING before writing any code. Thanks!

Research direction

Start with CONTRIBUTING and the existing configuration/providers.md example, then inspect the /provider known-provider flow and the models.dev catalog mentioned in the issue. Done means Eden AI can be selected through the paste-a-key UX without a manual base_url, either through models.dev or a maintained preset, subject to the project's roadmap decision.
