Description

What feature would you like to see?

A model such as an OpenAI entry declaring reasoning_options: [{ type: "effort", values: ["none", "low", "medium", "high", "xhigh", "max"] }] is imported with supportEfforts containing exactly those six values, and selecting any concrete value sends it through the existing OpenAI request mapping.

Research direction

Start at the models.dev catalog import path and follow the existing OpenAI request mapping. Confirm that the declared reasoning_options effort values populate supportEfforts exactly, and that selecting each concrete value is passed through the existing mapping.
