Description

What version of Kimi Code CLI is running?

1.46.0

Which open platform/subscription were you using?

Which model were you using?

k2.6

What platform is your computer?

Debian (WSL2)

What issue are you seeing?

Getting "Server: Error code: 403 - {'error': {'message': 'Kimi For Coding is currently only available for Coding Agents such as Kimi CLI, Claude Code, Roo Code, Kilo Code, etc.', 'type': 'access_terminated_error'}}". Why is the official kimi-cli reporting this error? Even if you don't intend to maintain kimi-cli anymore, forcing users to migrate is not the right approach. My work was halfway done and I was suddenly forced to stop, which is quite disruptive.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

just launch kimi-cli and say anything to kimi

What is the expected behavior?

Research direction

Start by reproducing the failure in kimi-cli after using /login, on Kimi Code CLI 1.46.0 with model k2.6, and inspect the resulting 403 access_terminated_error. The issue names no files or tests and provides no expected behavior, so the intended fix and completion criteria need clarification first.
