Issue Description
I have properly configured GitNexus MCP in Kimi Code CLI (kimi-cli), but the agent cannot actively call gitnexus-cli for repository indexing, knowledge graph queries, or documentation generation.
The agent never triggers GitNexus automatically; I have to run all gitnexus commands manually. This greatly reduces efficiency for large projects.
