限速，限额严重

官方声称 每 5 小时支持约 300–1200 次请求。订阅后实际使用中发现，限速极为严重（频控频繁重置、额度快速耗尽，5小时内也就调用60+多次），完全无法满足正常开发工作需求，与"Code Plan"的专业定位严重不符。
而且kimi官方没有明确给到code plan具体额度，只给到一个使用的百分比。存在严重的服务黑洞。
而且服务存在信息披露不完整问题，导致我在不知情的情况下付费订阅了无法正常使用的产品。我已联系客服要求退款，但遭到无理拒绝。
根据《消费者权益保护法》，经营者应如实告知服务限制条件，服务与描述不符时消费者有权要求退款。
