My VT is Windows Terminal. Emacs-style shortcuts (e.g. Ctrl+U/Ctrl+D from scrolling up/down) does not work in plan review mode (The one renders a -- MORE -- at the bottom), rendering reviewing plans from CLI unusable.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Enter plan mode. Plan. Choose to review. Shortcuts do not work.
