在 TUI 下提供 多 session 状态查看+切换的功能。
注意是查看 多session 状态， 不是仅仅给出列表（现在已经实现）， 状态包括不限于: TODO 进展，推理进展，等待用户确认 ，文件读写，文档查询。
WebUI 相关功能不稳定经常会 在等待确认或者输入计划 改进意见是刷新，或者丢失输入窗口。
而且， TUI 可以在终端下工作 ， 跨平台特性更好。

Provides multi-session status viewing + switching functions under TUI.
Note that it is to view multiple session statuses instead of just giving a list (now implemented). The statuses include but are not limited to: TODO progress, reasoning progress, waiting for user confirmation, file reading and writing, and document query.
WebUI-related functions are often unstable. Waiting for confirmation or input plan, the improvement suggestions are to refresh, or lose the input window.
Moreover, TUI can work under the terminal and has better cross-platform features.
