Description
Societies are lists of Moera users in the form of black- or whitelists that are publicly accessible. Moera nodes may subscribe to the societies they choose and use them for any purpose: spam filtering, access controls, subscription recommendations etc.
Possible methods of building societies:
- Blacklist build by existence of critical number of complains from Moera nodes (see more details in Overview in "Spam" chapter).
- Whitelist build by existence of critical number of recommendations from society members.
- Whitelist build by presence in friend lists of critical number of society members (as variant, those who are society members for a long time).
