Description
In web interface, he link to the newsfeed page currently contains a timestamp like
https://web.moera.org/@someone/someone.moera.blog/news?before=<timestamp>,
and there is no obvious way to refresh to the newest feed other than manually editing the URL.
Even worse, if you navigate away e.g. to your timeline, the timestamp remains.
I suggest to add "refresh" button, and also automatically refresh the news feed page when the user clicks on "news feed" icon

Research direction
Start in the web interface by reproducing the newsfeed URL with its before=<timestamp> parameter, then navigate to the timeline and back through the news feed icon. Done means a refresh control retrieves the newest feed and returning to the newsfeed does not retain an old timestamp.
