Description
If a user with an external account (Facebook/Google/Twitter/Telegram/etc.) gets a reply/reaction to his comment, he needs to receive an instant notification. Store these instants on the gateway (#67) itself and show them when the same user uses Moera client again. If the user do not access his instants for a long time, delete and disable them on the gateway.
