When users report BUGs about compatibility with other mods, it takes a lot of time to find out where the BUG came from.

Describe the solution you'd like

Generate 'yellow' WARNINGs when two mods patch the same file. Issue WARNINGs in MSL console logs for developers only, there is no need to notify users.
