Description
In order to get incremental generation mode into a proper build for additional widespread testing, I deferred some tests:

Research direction
Locate the xcschemes generator and the existing test structure, then inspect the implementations of CreateCustomSchemeInfos, CreateScheme, CreateTargetAutomaticSchemeInfos, ReadTargetArgsAndEnvFile, ReadTransitivePreviewReferencesFile, WriteSchemes, and WriteSchemeManagement. Run the current test suite first; done means each listed function has coverage for its expected behavior.
