Research direction

Start with calculate_output_groups.py and reproduce the warning while using a shared Build Location, following the issue's reproduction context and checking the PIFCache data. Determine whether the missing labels and target IDs can be obtained in the current build setup; done means the warning is resolved or the limitation is documented with a confirmed boundary.
