Description

Fix following recommendations:

[atm-deploy]: npm install deepify -g
npm WARN deprecated babel-preset-es2015-node4@2.1.1: Use npmjs.org/babel-preset-env instead, see https://github.com/babel/babel-preset-env
npm WARN deprecated node-uuid@1.4.8: Use uuid module instead
npm WARN deprecated crypto@0.0.3: This package is no longer supported. It's now a built-in Node module. If you've depended on crypto, you should switch to the one that's built-in.

Research direction

Inspect the project's dependency declarations and their dependency tree to identify which packages introduce them. Done means the reported installation no longer emits these warnings, without breaking the install.
