Description

This is the use case:

  • If I am inside {root}/src/deep-adtechmedia, I would like deepify to run in local scope (but keep the process as it was before by pulling dependencies and generating deeploy.json in {root}/src/)
  • If I am inside {root}/src/, the old process will be respected by applying deepify command to all subfolders in that folder

Any thoughts or concerns?

Research direction

Start by locating the deepify command entry point and tracing how it determines the current scope, pulls dependencies, and generates deeploy.json. Exercise the command from {root}/src/deep-adtechmedia and {root}/src/, then verify that each location follows the requested behavior and preserves the existing generated-file location.
