Implement "Reset to Default Values" button for widget layout configuration

Description
Requirements:
- "Reset to Default Values" button should restore the default widget layout settings by the click
- "Reset to Default Values" button should be placed on "Templates Management" box
Task details:
- default widget layout settings should be pre-defined and should use the following values :
- Width =650px
- Offset top=30px
- Offset left =-50px
- Scrolling Offset Top =150px
Acceptance Criteria:
- all listed requirements should be meet
