Description
I'm really interested in using this extension.
Any possibilities in the future of allowing a repository/VCS to back the templates?
- When loading a vscode, refresh (git pull)
- Allow a configuration string for a repository to VCS (github, gitlab, etc)

Research direction
The issue proposes backing templates with an external repository or VCS, refreshing with git pull when VS Code loads, and configuring a GitHub or GitLab repository. No files, tests, or existing template-loading entry points are identified, so start by locating the extension's template and configuration code; done would include documented behavior for repository-backed templates and refresh handling.
