[Compat] Duplicated tooltip preview with Resource Backpacks - Blacklist config

Issue Description:

When installed with Resource Backpacks, their previews are duplicated

An ideal and simple fix would be to just have a configurable item id blacklist in the config that ids or even tags could be added to that would disable the mod's functionality for

What happens:

(with minimal mods)

(configured modpack)

What you expected to happen:

Only 1 displays either by default or after configuration

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install both mods
2. Get a resource backpack
3. Place an item inside
4. View the tooltip
