Description
We need a virtual filter mixin that only generates the data tree once the filter tree once the show file is loaded to fish. The first things we need it for:
- Provide filter blocks in such a manner that one can define reusable filter blocks.
- Drag fixtures or groups of fixtures into the scene editor such that the filters required to operate these, will only be generated once the show is being loaded, in order to improve readability of the scenes and change patchings more easily.
- Have distributed universe output filters who will be joined to a single one, once the show is being loaded

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points; start by reviewing the existing filter and show-loading implementation and closed pull request #99. Done would require reusable filter blocks and deferred filter generation for scene fixtures or groups, while preserving the distributed-universe filter behavior described in the issue.
