Description
As Strobe/Shutter settings are common issues, adding a Strobe Engine to the visualizer seams like a good idea. Such fixture mixin would need to read the strobe/shutter channel of a linked fixture (if such a capability exists) and read the description of it. Based on the settings it should then modify the brightness.

Research direction
Start by locating the visualizer's fixture mixins and the handling for linked fixture channels and their descriptions. Determine how strobe/shutter capabilities are represented, then consider the feature complete when the engine adjusts brightness from those settings without affecting fixtures that lack the capability.
