Description
We should add a feature to automatically pause a cue on predefined time points. Every pause point should be indicated in the cue editor using a colored vertical line over all channels, including the time code bar. A table dialog should be used to edit the time points and potential events that unlock the pause automatically for that specified brake point.

Research direction
Start by locating the cue editor and the existing handling for cue timing and events. Determine how predefined pause points and unlocking events should be represented, then define the colored indicators across channels and the time code bar, along with the table dialog needed to edit them. Done means the full pause-point workflow is implemented and usable in the editor.
