Description
As we'd like to have columns for cue control (controlling speed using the fader, cycling through the cues using the rotary encoder and selecting them using the encoder button), we need to implement virtual bank columns.
This requires:
- Implementing the lower text line support
- Implementing the ability to trigger on encoder presses
- Changing the bank set editor to allow adding of non colour/raw columns
- Changing the bank set editor to allow reordering and moving between pages of columns
- Changing the bank set editor to allow removal of columns

Research direction
Start by locating the bank set editor and the existing colour/raw column implementations, then trace how bank pages and encoder interactions are represented. Done means all five checklist items are implemented: lower text lines, encoder-press triggers, non-colour/raw columns, column reordering and page movement, and column removal.
