Description

This should be used to set the main brightness to 100% on gui start, if not disabled in gui settings as well as exposing it to the CLI.

Research direction

Start by tracing the GUI startup path and settings handling, then locate the CLI entry point and existing brightness controls. Confirm how the main brightness is represented and how GUI settings disable automatic changes. Done means the GUI sets main brightness to 100% on startup unless disabled, and the same control is available through the CLI.
