SSLV3 Alert Handshake Failure

Just tried installing this on my machine, was getting some sslv3 alert handshake failure. Figured I would share my console to see if anyone else had run into this issue and how they fixed it?

I am using Bash on Windows 10.

Start with soundscrape.py:get_hard_track_url and the reported Python 2.7 urllib3 warnings; reproduce the failing requests.get(streams_url) call in the Bash on Windows 10 environment.
