Description
The release knobs in Pluck and Acid are wonky in 1.0+ upon initialization. They should start close to 0, but they start over-maxed, then spin around when selected, then snap back into the normal range.

Research direction
Reproduce the release-knob behavior during initialization in the Pluck and Acid modules, then trace where those controls are configured and updated. Done means both knobs start near 0, remain within their normal range when selected, and no longer spin or snap back.
