Description
In #11 we introduced a somewhat hacky serialize-deserialize implementation where were we go
String -> toml::Table -> String -> Config
but we should be able to go straight from Table to Config with try_into

Research direction
Read issue #11 and the discussion on pull request #11 first to understand the current String -> toml::Table -> String -> Config path. Locate the configuration parsing implementation and check how toml::Table is converted into Config. Done means the direct Table-to-Config conversion works through try_into without the serialization round trip.
