[Feature]: Russian Language (ru) Localization

I've been using MiniMax Code for a while and it's genuinely awesome. But I really want to share this tool with my friends and colleagues in Russia — and most of them don't speak English well enough to use it comfortably.

Russian-speaking community is huge and super enthusiastic about good tech products. We're talking about 180+ million people who would love to use MiniMax Code if they could read the interface in their own language.

It would mean a lot to see Russian localization — it feels like a warm welcome from a product we already respect and want to support.

Proposed solution / 期望方案

The fix is actually simpler than it might seem:

1. You already have Chinese (zh-CN) in the repo — the i18n infrastructure is already there
2. Russian localization files would be a natural addition
3. This opens the door to all of Eastern Europe and post-Soviet countries

It would show the Russian community that MiniMax cares about us — and trust me, we'll notice and remember that. 💛

Start by locating the existing Chinese (zh-CN) localization files and the repository's i18n entry points. Compare their structure to determine what a Russian locale requires, then add the Russian localization and verify that the interface can use it without missing translations.
