Description
The following issue was noted in a recent QA:
-Task 'Test the configured gateway', Step 4-8: In QA, both tests were returning '200 OK' despite require subscriptions being on, and no apim/key being present in the test request. Although a fair amount of time was taken to ensure the changes made previously in the lab were saved and 'in effect', this may still be a 'policy is taking an unexpectedly long time to propagate' issue?
