Description
I want to programatically set focus to webview2 control using WebView2.Focus method in WinForms application.
It seems that focus is changed, but I can't use mousewheel to scroll the content.
After clicking on page it works, but it's not the solution for me.
Thanks for help.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in a WinForms application using WebView2.Focus(), then compare mouse-wheel behavior before and after clicking the page. Confirm whether programmatic focus leaves the control unable to scroll, and document the conditions under which scrolling works. Done means the reproduction and scope are clear enough to identify the responsible component.
