Description
Desktop was created by winuser.h. interface of microsoft
Run wpf version of samples provided by microsoft samples
If run two instances of the sample, the second instance can load page successfully.
Run edge directly, the first tab with correct url could not be loaded, the second tab could load.
Run edge with --disable-gpu parameter, edge can load the first url.
webview2runtime was installed and edge dev version 89.0.760.0
