Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I currently have an Ionic/Cordova Windows UWP project, which is based on the older webview. The latest version of Ionic no longer supports older Edge, and also a third party control I also use has just dropped support. This is a huge worry for myself and my team, as we have quite a few clients using Windows tablets for the application.

So would really like to use this new Webview2, and ideally in a new Cordova project type, that is UWP and perhaps based on the latest .net (5), and so can be used in the latest version of Visual Studio (as are also currently stuck in VS 2017).

Describe the solution you'd like and alternatives you've considered
To be able have a new project I can use Ionic (Cordova), here I can use this new Webview, which can also use the exiting Cordova plugins for Windows.
