What happened?
When using the WebView2CompositionControl, ContextMenus are not appearing at the cursor when a second monitor is connected that has a different display size than the main monitor.
Importance
Moderate. My app's user experience is affected, but still usable.

Repro steps
Run the WebView2WpfCompositionControl demo app on a laptop attached to a monitor with a different zoom. Drag the WebView to the larger monitor and right click to open a ContextMenu. The menu will not appear in the same spot each time.
