Facing issue net::ERR_FAILED on API calls intermittently on Webview (on Add-in > Word app)
Version: Microsoft Edge-WebView2 Runtime Version 145 Update for x64 based Editions (Build 145.0.3800.70)
Kindly this issue as soon as possible.

Blocking. My app's basic functions are not working due to this issue.
