Description

What happened?

Tapping a bookmark (within a button in an embedded PDF in WebView2) with your finger does nothing. Using the mouse works, and the navigation to the bookmark proceeds.

Importance

Blocking. My app's basic functions are not working due to this issue.

Repro steps

Load PDF file (with hyperlink button included) in WebView2. When you tap with the finger (touch screen) nothing happens. If you use the mouse it works.
