Description
What happened?
In pdf if there are extra spaces between text. & is getting added instead of spaces.
Attached are the screenshot same file opened in edge and chrome and pdf reader.
Issue is occurring only in edge.
Edge version: 141.0.3537.71 (64-bit)
Importance
Important. My app's user experience is significantly compromised.

Steps to reproduce:
- Open any pdf in edge browser.
- verify places where spaces are present.
- ’&’ is getting appended instead of spaces.
