What happened?
Similar to #2793。 It sames like the issue still happens on new version release
I have a wxWidget application embedded with WebView2 and WebView Runtime fixed version.
when I open several wxWidget applications quickly, the WebView2 application crashes at startup.

Repro steps
I have a wxWidget application embedded with WebView2 and WebView Runtime fixed version.
Click open several wxWidget application(about 7 times in my PC), wait for opening.
Sometimes the WebView2 crashes.
Repros in Edge Browser
No, issue does not reproduce in the corresponding Edge version
