Research direction

No repository file, test, or entry point is identified. Start with the reported Intune deployment steps, WebView2 Runtime and SDK versions, and the Windows log snapshots; compare cache-directory creation and permissions during a blank-screen launch. The issue does not define a confirmed fix or clear completion criteria.
