Description
What happened?
I know I've seen two previous tickets on this, both have been closed without an answer...
When we follow the tutorial from: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/get-started/winui2
The app we launch on the Xbox returns:
A suitable version of Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime was not detected. Download and install WebView2 Runtime
I was under the impression the Xbox would be preloaded with that runtime in the same way that the PS5 has its WebKit browser on the OS.
Are we missing a step?
I tried downloading and running the samples from the webview2 project but they are massively out of date and have 300+ errors.
Does someone have an update to date working sample they can share?
Importance

Research direction
Start with the linked WinUI2 WebView2 tutorial and its Xbox/UWP prerequisites, then compare them with the current WebView2 samples mentioned in the issue. Verify whether the required runtime is supported or preinstalled on Xbox and document either the missing setup step or the platform limitation, with a current reproducible sample or confirmation as the completion criterion.
