Description

What happened?

Pointer Lock APIs aren't working at all in UWP.
Once the pointer is captured, pointer input is no longer processed by the WebView2 control and the whole window becomes irresponsible until minimized. Pressing ESC won't solve the issue.

Importance

Blocking. My app's basic functions are not working due to this issue.
