Description
What happened?
In the last few days, WebView2 has been dropping an unusually high number of frames when loading YouTube. This issue occurs with any video on the site, with about 600 out of 2000 frames being dropped.
Importance
Important. My app's user experience is significantly compromised.

Repro steps
create a winui3 project just go to youtube and play any random vidoe you will see lags or frames drop sometimes it just hangs
