Description
What happened?
I can't do any clicks on the desktop when WebView2 is running. After I ending the task, I can click on the desktop as usual. It seems that the running of the WebView2 process is blocking the desktop operation of the computer.
Importance
Important. My app's user experience is significantly compromised.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the report on Windows 11 22631.3880 with WebView2 Runtime 128.0.2739.79, SDK 1.0.2088.41, WPF, and Microsoft Word open; compare desktop clicks while WebView2 is running and after its task ends. The payload names no repository files or tests, so completion would require isolating a reproducible cause before defining a code change.
