Description
What happened?
Microsoft Edge user interface is terribly slow. the page itself is fine (I can scroll, interact, no lag). See attached screen recording. Whenever I interact with Edge User Interface (hover mouse over tabs, switch tabs, scroll tab bar), the parent edge process goes 100% high cpu both in internal task manager and in windows task manager is reported with power usage VERY HIGH
Please forward my issue to Edge developers. I reported using Help and Feedback but the network interface monitoring tools did not report the uploading of attached screen recording, so I believe the wizard has not uploaded it. Also I cannot send feedback using OS feedback app.

Research direction
No source file, test, or reliable reproduction is identified. Start by reviewing the attached recording and attempting to reproduce the high CPU usage with the listed WebView2 Runtime version on Windows 10. Done would require a confirmed reproduction, a defined scope for investigation, and validation that the UI no longer causes excessive CPU or power usage.
